Meanwhile they are customizable on all other devices. But the last couple of days I can’t customize them on my iPhone ! Since I am having a severe sight disability I used to customize the subtitles on all of my devices. "I am using the app on iPhone 8 Plus with iOS 13.3. But although a new update came out and more than 3 weeks have passed since my last review, still the subtitle issue remains unsolved. I have also notified the customer care service through the telephone line in my country and also the live chat service !!! The last one informed me that it is a known issue.
